Design Exchange:

• • Don’t love the design you picked? No worries! We allow customers to exchange their purchased jewellery design within 7 days of purchase.
  • The jewellery piece must be returned in its original condition, without any wear or damage. Any alterations or signs of wear may result in the item being ineligible for exchange.

Ensure that the item comes with its original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Inspection: Bring or send in your jewellery piece for inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.

• • Any associated shipping or handling costs for returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  • If you received a promotional item with your order and choose to return/exchange, the promotional item must also be returned, or its value might be deducted from the return value.
